4. Formal Translation
Behold, I am building a house for the Name of the LORD my God {Yahweh Elohai, Worship Center}, to dedicate it to Him, to burn fragrant incense before Him, to arrange the showbread regularly, and to offer burnt offerings morning and evening, on Sabbaths, New Moons, and the appointed festivals of the LORD our God; this shall be a perpetual ordinance for Israel.
4. Dynamic Translation
Look, I am constructing a temple for the Name of the LORD my God, so I can set it apart for Him, to burn sweet incense before Him and keep the showbread arranged regularly and burnt sacrifices going every morning and evening, on Sabbaths, the New Moons, and the special festivals of the LORD our God {Yahweh Eloheinu, Dwelling Presence}; this directive will endure for Israel forever.
