וּבְנֵ֣י{u-ve-NEI###oo-veh-NEE###and sons of} הַגְּד֗וּד{ha-ge-DUD###hah-geh-DUUD###the troop} אֲשֶׁ֨ר{a-SHER###ah-SHEHR###which} הֵשִׁ֤יב{he-SHIV###hee-SHEEV###he brought back} אֲמַצְיָ֙הוּ֙{a-mats-ya-HU###ah-mahts-yah-HOO###Amaziah} מִלֶּ֤כֶת{mi-LE-khet###mih-LEH-kheht###from going} עִמּוֹ֙{i-MO###ih-MOH###with him} לַמִּלְחָמָ֔ה{la-mil-kha-MA###lah-mihl-khah-MAA###to the battle} וַֽיִּפְשְׁטוּ֙{va-yif-she-TU###vah-yihf-sheh-TUU###and they made a raid} בְּעָרֵ֣י{be-a-REI###beh-ah-REE###in cities of} יְהוּדָ֔ה{ye-hu-DA###yeh-hoo-DAA###Judah} מִשֹּׁמְר֖וֹן{mi-sho-me-RON###mih-shoh-meh-ROHN###from Samaria} וְעַד־בֵּ֣ית{ve-AD-BEIT###veh-AD-BEET###and as far as Beth} חוֹר֑וֹן{kho-RON###khoh-ROHN###Horon} וַיַּכּ֤וּ{va-yak-KU###vah-yahk-KUU###and they struck} מֵהֶם֙{me-HEM###mee-HEHM###from them} שְׁלֹ֣שֶׁת{she-lo-SHET###sheh-loh-SHEHT###three of} אֲלָפִ֔ים{a-la-FIM###ah-lah-FEEM###thousands} וַיָּבֹ֖זּוּ{va-ya-VO-zu###vah-yah-VOH-zoo###and they plundered} בִּזָּ֥ה{bi-ZA###bih-ZAA###plunder} רַבָּֽה׃ס{ra-BA###rah-BAA###much}
