| 15. Formal Translation And now do not let Hezekiah deceive you or mislead you like this, and do not believe him. For no god of any nation or kingdom has been able to deliver his people from my hand or from the hand of my fathers; how much less will your God deliver you from my hand? |
| 15. Dynamic Translation So now do not let Hezekiah fool you or persuade you like this, and do not put your trust in him. For no god from any nation or kingdom has ever saved their people from my power or from the power of my ancestors—so how can your God save you from my hand? |
