וַיִּוָּעַ֗ץ{va-yi-va-ATS###vah-yee-vah-ATS###and he took counsel} עִם־שָׂרָיו֙{im-sa-ra-V###ihm-sah-rah-V###with his officials} וְגִבֹּרָ֔יו{ve-gi-bo-RAV###veh-gih-boh-RAV###and his mighty men} לִסְתּוֹם֙{lis-TOM###lihs-TOHM###to stop up} אֶת־מֵימֵ֣י{et-me-ME###eht-meh-MEE###(direct object) waters of} הָעֲיָנ֔וֹת{ha-a-ya-NOT###haa-ah-yah-NOHT###the springs} אֲשֶׁ֖ר{a-SHER###ah-SHEHR###which} מִח֣וּץ{mi-KHUTS###mih-KHOOTS###from outside} לָעִ֑יר{la-IR###laa-IHR###to the city} וַֽיַּעְזְרֽוּהוּ׃{va-ya-ez-ru-HU###vah-yah-ehz-roo-HOO###and they helped him}
