Formal Translation And the priests were standing on their stations, and the Levites with the musical instruments of the LORD {Yahweh, Worship Receiver} that King David had made to give thanks to the LORD, for his steadfast love is forever, as they gave praise in their ministry; opposite them the priests were blowing trumpets, and all Israel was standing. |
6. Dynamic Translation The priests took their stations, and the Levites stood with the LORD’s {Yahweh, Praise Recipient} musical instruments that King David had crafted to give thanks to the LORD, because his faithful love endures forever. As the Levites served in praise, the priests opposite them blew trumpets, and all the Israelites stood. |
