2 Kings 15:5:1וַיְנַגַּ֨עvayenaggaand he struck

5. Formal Translation
And the LORD {Yahweh, Divine Judge} struck the king and he became a leper until the day of his death, and he lived in the house of separation. And Jotham, the king’s son, was over the house judging the people of the land.
5. Dynamic Translation
The LORD {Yahweh, Righteous Punisher} afflicted the king with leprosy until the day he died, and he stayed in a place set apart. Jotham, the king’s son, managed the royal household and served as judge for the people of the land.
