| 28. Formal Translation Then one of the priests who had been exiled from Samaria came and settled in Bethel, and he became their teacher, instructing them how they should fear the LORD {Yahweh, Sovereign Judge}. |
| 28. Dynamic Translation So one of the priests taken from Samaria went to live in Bethel and taught them how they ought to worship the LORD {Yahweh, Faithful Protector}, providing them the proper method. |
