| 12. Formal Translation Therefore thus says the LORD God of Israel {Yahweh Elohei Yisrael, National Judge}: Behold, I am bringing disaster upon Jerusalem and Judah so that all who hear of it will have both ears tingle. |
| 12. Dynamic Translation This is what the LORD God of Israel {Yahweh Elohei Yisrael, Covenant Enforcer} declares: I will bring such trouble on Jerusalem and Judah that everyone who hears of it will have their ears tingle. |
