33. Formal Translation Therefore, having been exalted to the right hand of God {Theos, Sovereign Exalter} and having received the promise of the Holy Spirit {pneuma hagion, Consecrating Presence} from the Father {Pater, Giving Source}, He has poured out this which you see and hear. |
33. Dynamic Translation So then, raised to the right hand of God {Theos, Mighty Uplifter} and given the promise of the Holy Spirit {pneuma hagion, Transforming Power} from the Father {Pater, Sending Source}, He has poured out what you are now seeing and hearing. |
