9. Formal Translation Proclaim upon the palaces in Ashdod and upon the palaces in the land of Egypt, and say, “Assemble yourselves on the mountains of Samaria, and see the many tumults within her and the oppressed in her midst.” |
9. Dynamic Translation Let it be announced in the strongholds of Ashdod and in the strongholds in Egypt. Tell them, “Come together on the hills of Samaria and see the chaos inside her and the oppressed in her midst.” |
