He was kept at the same level as the rest

Daniel stood out above the other officials

The king planned to place him over the whole kingdom

Be faithful in hidden duties so your character is ready for more

Wait until you are given a title before taking responsibility seriously

Aim for promotion even if your inner life is not yet formed
