It sets itself against the Prince who leads the host

Choose humility and guard what belongs to God

Treat worship as optional when life gets busy

Leave holy things unattended and assume they will endure

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I have lifted myself up and sinned against you. I need your mercy, and I cannot save myself. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my pride and from every sin, and I confess you as Lord. Come into my life, forgive me, and lead me in your way. Amen.

Lower My Pride, Lord Jesus

Lord, revive your Church where pride has crowded out worship. Bring us low before you, restore faithful devotion, and guard what you have set apart for yourself. Let us honor you above our own names, and make us a people who fear your holiness, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Restore Reverence in Your Church

Father, I confess the places where I have sought my own importance instead of your honor. Tear down the pride in me, restore humility, and teach me to value your worship above my plans. Make my heart clean and obedient, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Tear Down My Self-Importance

Pray by naming one area where your own status has mattered more than God's honor. Ask him to show you a humble next step, and ask him to restore a steady pattern of worship.

Pray About What You Have Put First

Bring these before God: his holiness does not depend on human approval; his rule is not broken by proud powers; every act of faithful worship matters to him; the loss of what is sacred is seen by him.

Give Thanks for God's Unshaken Holiness

Pray for: a church where worship has grown careless; leaders who need humility; believers facing pressure to compromise what is holy; courage to keep honoring God when pride and noise rise around them.

Guard What Is Sacred
