Formal Translation And you shall rejoice before the LORD your God {Yahweh Eloheicha, Covenant Presence}—you, your son, your daughter, your servant, your maidservant, the Levite who is within your gates, and the sojourner, the orphan, and the widow who are among you—in the place that the LORD your God will choose to cause His Name to dwell there. |

Dynamic Translation Celebrate in the presence of the LORD your God {Yahweh Eloheicha, God who draws near} with your son and your daughter, your male and female servants, the Levite in your towns, and the foreigner, the orphan, and the widow living among you—at the place the LORD your God will choose for His Name to dwell. |
