Deuteronomy 19:15:1לֹֽא־יָקוּם֩loyakumshall not arise

15. Formal Translation
A single witness shall not stand against a person for any iniquity or for any sin, concerning any offense which he may commit; a matter shall be established by the testimony of two witnesses or by the testimony of three witnesses.
15. Dynamic Translation
No one may be convicted by a single witness for any wrongdoing or sin they may commit; every case must be confirmed by the testimony of two or three witnesses.
