Deuteronomy 22:29:1וְנָתַןvenatanand shall give

29. Formal Translation
And the man who lay with her shall give to the father of the young woman fifty pieces of silver, and she shall be his wife because he violated her; he shall not be able to send her away all his days.
29. Dynamic Translation
The man who had a sexual relationship with her must pay her father fifty silver coins. He must marry her because he has stripped away her honor, and he can never divorce her as long as he lives.
