3. Formal Translation And the LORD {Yahweh, Disposer of Hearts} caused the people to receive favor in the eyes of the Egyptians; and Moses was considered exceedingly great in the land of Egypt, in the eyes of Pharaoh’s servants and also in the eyes of the people. |
3. Dynamic Translation The LORD {Yahweh, Heart Mover} made the Egyptians look kindly on the people, and Moses was held in very high esteem across Egypt, by Pharaoh’s officials and by the public. |
