7. Formal Translation But among all the sons of Israel no dog will sharpen its tongue against man or beast, so that you may know that the LORD {Yahweh, Distinction Maker} distinguishes between Egypt and Israel. |
7. Dynamic Translation But for every Israelite not even a dog will make a sound at a person or an animal, so you will realize that the LORD {Yahweh, Protector of His People} sets Israel apart from Egypt. |
