Exodus 14:27:1וַיֵּט֩vayet{And he} stretched out

27. Formal Translation
And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and the sea returned at the turning of the morning to its full strength; and the Egyptians were fleeing toward it, and the LORD {Yahweh, Divine Deliverer} overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea.
27. Dynamic Translation
Moses reached out his hand over the sea, and at daybreak the sea went back to its normal state. As the Egyptians were running toward it, the LORD {Yahweh, Rescuer} swept them into the midst of the sea.
