   {And} He said if indeed you listen to the voice of the LORD your God and what is right in his eyes you do and you give ear to his commandments and you keep all his statutes any disease that I placed in Egypt I will not put on you for I am the LORD your healer

Exegesis

The conclusion, ki ani YHWH ro-pe-e-kha {כִּי אֲנִי יְהוָה רֹפְאֶךָ | kî ʾă-nî Yə-hō-wāh rō-pʾē-khā} ‘for I am the LORD your healer’, grounds the promise in divine identity and covenantal restoration.
