וַיַּרְא֙{va-YAR###vah-YAHR###(And He) saw} חֹתֵ֣ן{kho-TEN###kho-TEHN###father-in-law of} מֹשֶׁ֔ה{mo-SHE###moh-SHEH###Moses} אֵ֛ת{ET###EET} כָּל־אֲשֶׁר־ה֥וּא{kol-a-sher-HU###kohl-ah-shehr-HOO###all that he was} עֹשֶׂ֖ה{o-SE###oh-SEH###doing} לָעָ֑ם{la-AM###lah-AAM###for the people} וַיֹּ֗אמֶר{va-yo-MER###vah-yoh-MEHR###(And) He said} מָֽה־הַדָּבָ֤ר{mah-had-da-VAR###mah-had-dah-VAAR###what is the thing} הַזֶּה֙{ha-ZE###hah-ZEH###this} אֲשֶׁ֨ר{a-SHER###ah-SHEHR###that} אַתָּ֤ה{a-TA###ah-TAA###you} עֹשֶׂה֙{o-SE###oh-SEH###doing} לָעָ֔ם{la-AM###lah-AAM###for the people} מַדּ֗וּעַ{mad-DU-a###mahd-DOO-ah###why} אַתָּ֤ה{a-TA###ah-TAA###you} יוֹשֵׁב֙{yo-SHEV###yoh-SHEHV###sitting} לְבַדֶּ֔ךָ{le-vad-DE-kha###leh-vahd-DEH-khah###alone} וְכָל־הָעָ֛ם{ve-khol-ha-AM###veh-kohl-hah-AAM###and all the people} נִצָּ֥ב{nit-TSAV###nih-TSAAV###stand} עָלֶ֖יךָ{a-LE-kha###ah-LEH-khah###before you} מִן־בֹּ֥קֶר{min-BO-ker###min-BOH-kehr###from morning} עַד־עָֽרֶב׃{ad-A-rev###ahd-AA-rehv###until evening}
