| 9. Formal Translation And the LORD {Yahweh, Majestic Revealer} said to Moses, “Behold, I am coming to You in a thick cloud, so that the people may hear when I speak with You and also believe You forever.” Then Moses reported the words of the people to the LORD. |
| 9. Dynamic Translation The LORD {Yahweh, Trust-Establishing Witness} told Moses, “Look, I am going to come to You in a dense cloud, so the people will hear Me talking with You and will trust You always.” Moses then brought the people’s words back to the LORD. |
