| 13. Formal Translation If he did not lie in wait but God {Elohim, Sovereign Arranger} delivered him into his hand, then I will appoint for you a place where he may flee. |
| 13. Dynamic Translation If he did not lie in wait but God {Elohim, Divine Overseer} placed him into his hand, then I will provide you a refuge where he may flee. |
