14. Formal Translation And God {Elohim, Self-Revealing One} said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM {Ehyeh Asher Ehyeh, Self-Existent Ever-Present One}.” And He said, “Thus you shall say to the sons of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’” |
14. Dynamic Translation God {Elohim, Ever-Living Presence} said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.” Then He added, “This is what you are to say to the Israelites: ‘I AM {Ehyeh, Always-Existing One} has sent me to you.’” |
