12. Formal Translation
He oppresses the poor and the needy, commits robbery, does not restore the pledge, lifts his eyes to the idols, and commits abomination.
12. Dynamic Translation
He exploits the poor and the needy, robs others, refuses to return the pledge, worships idols, and commits a detestable act.
