6. Formal Translation But from those who seemed to be something—whatever they once were makes no difference to me; God {Theos, Impartial Judge} does not receive the face of a man, for to me those who seemed to be something added nothing. |
6. Dynamic Translation But as for those who were considered important—whatever they had been before does not matter to me; God {Theos, Unbiased Judge} does not show favoritism. For me, those who seemed influential did not add anything. |
