6. Formal Translation When the woman saw that the tree was good to eat from, pleasing to look at, and attractive as something that seemed to make one wise, she took some of its fruit and ate. Then she also gave some to her husband who was with her, and he ate. |
6. Dynamic Translation The woman noticed that the tree seemed good to eat and looked very appealing, and it appeared desirable for gaining wisdom. So she took some of its fruit and ate it. She also shared it with her husband who was there with her, and he ate it. |
