   for or though he a son of brothers he will be fruitful will come an east wind wind of the LORD from the wilderness going up or rising and he will dry up his spring or his source and it will be parched his fountain it it will plunder treasury every vessel or object of precious thing or desirable thing

The Qal participle olah {עֹלָה | ʿō·lāh} ‘ascending’ forms a temporal clause, and the location mimmidbar {מִמִּדְבָּר | mimmid·bār} ‘from the wilderness’ marks its origin.
