5. Formal Translation
My heart cries out for Moab; her fugitives flee as far as Zoar, like a three-year-old heifer. For on the ascent of Luhith they go in weeping; for on the road to Horonaim they raise a cry of destruction.
5. Dynamic Translation
I ache deeply over Moab; her refugees flee as far as Zoar, like a three-year-old heifer. They climb the steep path to Luhith in bitter weeping, and on the road to Horonaim they stir up cries of devastation.
