וְשַׂמְתִּי֙{ve-sam-TI###veh-sahm-TIY###and I will make or set} אֶת־הָעִ֣יר{et-ha-IR###eht-hah-EER###(direct object marker) the city} הַזֹּ֔את{ha-ZOT###hah-ZOHT###this (feminine)} לְשַׁמָּ֖ה{le-sham-MA###leh-shahm-MAA###for a desolation} וְלִשְׁרֵקָ֑ה{ve-lish-re-KA###veh-lihsh-reh-KAA###and for a hissing or whistling} כֹּ֚ל{KOL###KOHL###all, everyone} עֹבֵ֣ר{o-VER###oh-VEER###passing by} עָלֶ֔יהָ{a-LE-ha###aa-LEH-haa###by it, over it, against it (her)} יִשֹּׁ֥ם{yish-SOM###yihsh-SOHM###will be appalled or will be astonished} וְיִשְׁרֹ֖ק{ve-yish-ROK###veh-yihsh-ROHK###and will hiss or whistle} עַל־כָּל־מַכֹּתֶֽהָ׃{al-KAL-ma-KO-te-ha###ahl-KAAL-mah-KOH-teh-HAA###because of all her blows or wounds}
