Honor him with obedience, not admiration alone

Keep him as a wise advisor, but decide for yourself

Speak warmly about him now and obey later if needed

Treat the confession as a private opinion with no outward change

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I confess that I have sinned and tried to rule my own life. I turn from my sin and ask for your mercy. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I believe you are the Son of God and King over my life. Forgive me, make me new, and be my Lord and Savior. Amen.

Receive Jesus as Lord and King

Lord, revive your Church so we see Jesus clearly and speak of him with the faith of Nathanael. Where we have reduced him to a mere teacher, lift our eyes to worship him as your Son and our King. Give us humble hearts, bold confession, and obedient lives, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Our Confession

Father, thank you for showing us who Jesus is: your Son and the King who leads your people. Thank you for honest faith, for clear confession, and for the gift of knowing him truly. We praise you for the light you give, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Thank You for Revealing Jesus

Praise God for Jesus as his Son and as Israel's king; adore him for worthy authority, humble teaching, and the right to our trust; give thanks that he deserves both honor and obedience; bring a heart that gladly speaks his name with reverence.

Worship the Son and King

Pray by naming one place where you need to answer Jesus with trust. Tell him where you resist his rule, ask for courage to obey, and offer that area to his care.

Pray for a Surrendered Answer

Pray for someone who still sees Jesus only as a helpful teacher: ask God to reveal Jesus as his Son and true King, soften their heart, and lead them to a clear confession of faith.

Help Others See Him Clearly
