He is greater than everyone and everything

He is greater because people earn his favor

No one can take them from the Father's hand

They must keep themselves safe by their own strength

Keep trusting and obeying even when fear says you are on your own

Assume you are safe, so staying close to Jesus no longer matters

Treat anxiety as proof that God's care is weak

Wait for a dramatic sign before taking any faithful step

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and need your mercy. I turn from my sin and believe that you died for me and rose again. I confess you as Lord, and I ask you to bring me into the Father's care and keep me in your hand. Thank you for saving me. Amen.

Held by You

Father, revive your Church with fresh confidence in your greatness. Where we have lived in fear, teach us to rest in your strong hand; where we have tried to secure ourselves, turn us back to Jesus. Make us a people who speak steady hope to the anxious world, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Your Church in Trust

Father, thank you that your keeping power is stronger than every threat against your people. Teach me to thank you before I try to control what I cannot control, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Thank You for Your Grip

Pray by naming the fear that makes you feel vulnerable, then ask the Father to remind you that no one is stronger than he is and that you are safe in his care.

Pray Through Fear

Pray for someone who feels exposed, threatened, or easy to lose: that the Father would guard them, Jesus would reassure them, and fear would lose its hold on them.

Keep the Vulnerable Secure

Bring these to God: your tendency to panic, your habit of self-protection, and your desire to trust the Father's hand more than your own control.
