Jesus knew the time to depart had arrived

He kept loving the people who belonged to him

Keep loving steadily even when a season is ending

Love mainly when it is easy and convenient

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and turned away from you. I cannot save myself. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my sin and trust you as my Lord. Please receive me and lead my life. Amen.

Come to the One Who Loves to the End

Lord, awaken your Church again. Where our love has grown shallow, deepen it; where we have become tired, renew us; where we have loved only when it was easy, teach us the steadfast love of Jesus. Make us a people who stay faithful in changing seasons, and let our lives reflect your enduring care to the world, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Us with Steady Love

Give thanks for the love of Jesus that does not end when the season changes, for his awareness of the Father’s timing, and for the gift of belonging to him while still in this world.

Thanks for Love That Does Not Quit

Pray by naming one transition that feels uncertain. Ask God to keep your love from growing cold, to help you trust his timing, and to show you one faithful act of care to carry out this week.

Prayer for a Changing Season

Lord, please strengthen those who are facing endings, departures, or major change. Let them know that you receive them, that your timing is wise, and that your love does not fail. Give them courage, comfort, and steady hope, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
