Admit your weakness and ask God for help before pressure comes

Make a louder promise next time so everyone knows you mean it

Assume you are safe because your intentions are sincere

Hide your fear and hope your commitment will hold

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and failed you, and I cannot save myself. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my sin and from every way I have denied you, and I receive you as my Lord and Savior. Make me faithful, humble, and true to you. Amen.

Come to Jesus in Honesty

Lord, revive your Church where we have become bold in words but weak in loyalty. Teach us humility, honesty, and courage when pressure comes. Keep us from denying you with our lips or our lives, and make us steadfast witnesses for you, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Your Church to Be Faithful

Father, I confess that I have not always been faithful to you. I have hidden fear, spoken too quickly, and trusted my strength more than I should. Forgive me, cleanse me, and lead me back to you with a humble heart, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Forgive My Weakness

Lord, when fear, shame, or other people's opinions tempt me to deny you, give me courage to stand with Jesus. Guard my mouth, steady my heart, and help me live truthfully before you, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Stand Firm Under Pressure

Pray by naming one place where you tend to speak more confidently than you live. Ask God for an honest heart, grace to tell the truth about your weakness, and strength to stay loyal to Jesus when pressure rises.

Pray Before You Promise

Pray for: believers under pressure to hide their faith; Christians who have failed and need to return quickly to the Lord; and a church that speaks about Jesus with humility, honesty, and courage.

Pray for the Fearful and Tested
