If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, you shared glory with the Father before the world began, and I need your saving grace. I admit that I have sinned and cannot make myself right with God. I turn from my sin now. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I confess you as Lord, and I welcome you into my life. Be my Savior and lead me in your way. Amen.

Receive the Lord of Glory

Father, revive your Church with a fresh awe of Jesus, the Son who shared glory with you before creation. Turn us from chasing applause, lift our eyes to your eternal Son, and make our worship, witness, and service honor him above ourselves, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Renew Awe in Your Church

Father, thank you that Jesus did not begin when the world began, but is with you in eternal glory. Thank you that his honor is not fragile or temporary, and that I can trust him with my life. Teach me to rest in that truth, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Thank You for the Son's Eternal Glory

Pray by naming one place where you crave praise, then ask the Father to reorder your heart. Thank him that Jesus already has glory with him, and ask for a quieter desire to honor God in everyday life.

Pray for a Humble Perspective

Bring these themes to God: Jesus sharing glory with the Father before creation; Christ's worth being greater than human praise; a life that points back to his eternal honor.

Pray for: people who feel invisible or overlooked; believers tempted to live for applause; churches that need to recover awe at Christ's eternal greatness.
