Exegesis

Jesus then fronts hē basileia hē emē {Ἡ βασιλεία ἡ ἐμή | hē basileía hē emḗ} ‘the kingdom that is Mine’, using the repeated article and possessive to stress ownership and identity.

The purpose clause hina mē paradothō tois Ioudaiois {ἵνα μὴ παραδοθῶ τοῖς Ἰουδαίοις | hína mē paradothō tois Ioudaíois} explains the intended result of that hypothetical struggle, namely preventing Jesus’ being handed over.
