Open yourself to God's help instead of relying only on yourself

Treat spiritual power as a way to look important

Wait until every part of life feels settled before asking

Assume the Spirit is only a symbol and not a real help

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and need your mercy. I turn from my sin and trust that you died for me and rose again. I confess you as Lord, and I ask you to breathe your life into me and give me your Holy Spirit. Lead me from emptiness into your life. Amen.

Receive the Lord of Life

Lord, breathe fresh life into your Church. Where we have grown dry, fearful, or self-reliant, awaken us again to receive your Spirit with humility and faith. Make us a people who listen, obey, and carry your life to others, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Pray for Fresh Help

Pray for a friend, family member, or neighbor who feels spiritually dry: that they would sense God's nearness, welcome the Spirit's help, and find courage to trust Jesus again.

Thank God that he does not leave his people alone, but speaks, breathes, and gives his Spirit with life and strength.
