A claim that the fields are already ready for harvest

Spend the whole time talking about harvest instead of acting

Keep waiting until the timing feels more convenient

Notice what is ready now and respond without delay

Assume the right moment will come much later

Lord, wake your Church from delay and dullness. Give us eyes to see the fields around us, courage to act when you are already at work, and hearts ready to serve without waiting for a more convenient time. Make us faithful in your harvest and full of compassion for the people before us, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Thank God for the ways he is already at work around you; for open doors, ready conversations, and people whose lives are more receptive than you realized.

Pray for friends, neighbors, and churches to have eyes to see present opportunities, and for workers with compassion and courage to respond.
