Tell others honestly what Jesus has done in your life

Wait until you never struggle again before telling anyone

Hide your story unless you can sound impressive

Focus on pressuring people instead of bearing witness

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and that I need your mercy. I turn from my sin and trust you to forgive me. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. Thank you for knowing my life fully and still calling me to yourself. I confess you as Lord and ask you to make me new. Amen.

Receive the One Who Knows Me

Lord, revive your Church so that our words are honest, humble, and full of faith. Make us a people whose testimony points others to Jesus, not to ourselves, and let many hear and believe through the stories you have written in our lives, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Our Witness

Father, thank you for the way you use one honest witness to draw many people to your Son. Thank you for the people whose faithful words first helped us believe, and for the chance to be that kind of witness to someone else, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Thank You for a Witness That Helps Others

Pray by naming one person who needs hope, then ask God for a simple and truthful way to speak about what Jesus has done. Ask for courage, humility, and the right moment to share, and ask him to use your words to open a heart to faith, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Pray Before You Share

Pray for the people around you who have heard about Jesus but have not yet trusted him: family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, and anyone who is curious or skeptical. Ask God to soften hearts, clear away confusion, and use faithful testimony to lead many to belief, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

For Those Who Hear Testimony

Lord, let my life and my words agree. Keep me from exaggerating, hiding, or speaking about myself more than about you. Teach me to tell the truth about what you have shown me, with love and courage, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Make Me a Clear Witness
