Go to Jesus promptly and ask directly for help

Keep trying every other option first and pray only when all else fails

Hide the need so no one sees your dependence

Ask in a vague way without naming the urgency

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I come to you with my sin and my need. I admit that I have not trusted you as I should, and I cannot save myself. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my sin and confess you as my Lord. Please receive me, help me, and lead me in your life. Amen.

Come to Jesus for Help

Father, revive your Church to come to Jesus with honest urgency. Where we delay, make us quick to pray; where we are proud, make us humble; where we have grown numb to hurting families, make us tender and compassionate. Teach us to bring desperate needs straight to Christ, and awaken us to trust him fully, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Make Your Church Quick to Come

Lord, I bring before you every child who is sick, every child who is in danger, and every family that feels the hours slipping away. Come near with mercy, preserve life, and give help that only you can give, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

For a Child in Crisis

Begin by naming your need plainly to Jesus. Ask him for what you cannot fix yourself, mention the urgency honestly, and keep your words simple and direct.

Pray the Official's Way

Pray for: parents who fear losing a child; children and loved ones needing healing; believers learning to ask Jesus quickly; and a deeper trust that Jesus hears urgent pleas.

For Families Waiting on Mercy

Lord, thank you that you do not dismiss urgent prayers and that you draw near to those who come honestly to you. Thank you that you hear parents, children, and all who plead for mercy, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
