כִּֽי־הָי֧וּ{ki-ha-YU###kih-hah-YOO###for were} בְנֵֽי־יוֹסֵ֛ף{ve-NEI-yo-SEF###veh-NEE-yoh-SEF###the sons of Joseph} שְׁנֵ֥י{she-NEI###sheh-NEE###two} מַטּ֖וֹת{mat-TOT###maht-TOHT###tribes} מְנַשֶּׁ֣ה{me-na-SHEH###meh-nah-SHEH###Manasseh} וְאֶפְרָ֑יִם{ve-ef-RA-yim###veh-ef-RAA-yeem###and Ephraim} וְלֹֽא־נָתְנוּ֩{ve-LO-nat-NU###veh-LOH-naht-NOO###and no portion was given} חֵ֨לֶק{KHE-lek###KHEH-lehk###portion} לַלְוִיִּ֜ם{lal-vi-YIM###lal-vee-YEEM###to the Levites} בָּאָ֗רֶץ{ba-A-retz###bah-AA-retz###in the land} כִּ֤י{KI###KEE###for} אִם־עָרִים֙{im-a-RIM###eem-ah-REEM###but only cities} לָשֶׁ֔בֶת{la-SHE-vet###lah-SHEH-veht###to dwell in} וּמִ֨גְרְשֵׁיהֶ֔ם{u-mig-re-SHE-hem###oo-migh-reh-SHEH-hem###and their pasturelands} לְמִקְנֵיהֶ֖ם{le-mik-NE-hem###leh-mik-NEH-hem###for their livestock} וּלְקִנְיָנָֽם׃{u-le-kin-ya-NAM###oo-leh-kin-yah-NAAM###and for their substance}
