4. Formal Translation
And his father-in-law, the father of the young woman, urged him, so he stayed with him for three days; and they ate and drank, and they spent the night there.
4. Dynamic Translation
The woman’s father, his father-in-law, persuaded him to stay, so he remained with him for three days, eating, drinking, and lodging there.
