Leviticus 14:21:1וְאִם־דַּ֣לveimdalbut if poor

21. Formal Translation
But if he is poor and his hand cannot reach, then he shall take one lamb as a guilt offering for a wave offering, to make atonement for him, and a tenth of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil for a grain offering, and a log of oil.
21. Dynamic Translation
If someone is poor and cannot afford the full requirement, they must bring one lamb as a guilt offering to be waved, making atonement for them, together with a tenth of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with oil for a grain offering, and a small jug of oil.
