The indefinite relative clause begins with vekhol {וְכֹ֨ל | wə-ḵōl} ‘all’ followed by asher {אֲשֶׁ֤ר | ăšer} ‘which,’ modifying the noun hazzāv {הַזָּ֔ב | haz-zāv} ‘the one with a discharge.’
