Exegesis

The coordinated pair ve’et par hachattat {וְאֵת־פַּר־הַחַטָּאת | vә-ʾêt par ha-ḥaṭ-ṭāʾṯ} ‘and the bull of the sin offering’ and ve’et se’ir hachattat {וְאֵת־שְׂעִיר־הַחַטָּאת | vә-ʾêt sə-ʿîr ha-ḥaṭ-ṭāʾṯ} ‘and the goat of the sin offering’ serve as the objects of the ritual directives, unified by the repeated vav + et construction to convey totality.

Finally, the Qal perfect vesarfu {וְשָׂרְפוּ | və-śār-pû} ‘and they shall burn’ takes the distributive direct objects et-orotam {אֶת־עֹרֹתָם | ʾet-ʿō-rō-ṯām}, ve-et-besaram {וְאֶת־בְּשָׂרָם | vә-ʾet-be-sā-rām}, and ve-et-pirsham {וְאֶת־פִּרְשָׁם | vә-ʾet-pir-šām}, underscoring complete removal and destruction of the sacrificial remains in accordance with Levitical purity regulations.
