Leviticus 19:23:1וְכִי־תָבֹ֣אוּvekhitavouwhen you come

23. Formal Translation
And when you come into the land and plant every tree for food, you shall regard its fruit as uncircumcised; for three years it shall be uncircumcised to you, and it shall not be eaten.
23. Dynamic Translation
When you enter the land and plant any fruit tree, you must not eat its fruit for three years.
