24. Formal Translation And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the goat, and slaughter it in the place where the burnt offering is slaughtered before the LORD {Yahweh, Holy Judge}. It is a sin offering. |
24. Dynamic Translation He must place his hand on the goat’s head, then kill it at the spot where they slaughter the burnt offering before the LORD {Yahweh, Divine Cleanser}. This goat is the sin offering. |
