| 12. Formal Translation And He {Iesous, Divine Teacher} also spoke to the one who had invited Him, “When you prepare a dinner or supper, do not invite your friends, your brothers, your relatives, or your wealthy neighbors, lest they, in turn, invite you back and there be repayment to you.” |
| 12. Dynamic Translation Jesus {Iesous, Social Reformer} told His host, “When you host a meal or banquet, do not invite your friends, your brothers, your relatives, or your affluent neighbors. Otherwise, they may invite you back, and you will be repaid.” |
