13. Formal Translation
No household servant is able to serve two masters, for he will either hate the one and love the other, or he will hold to one and despise the other. You are not able to serve God {Theos, Only True Master} and mammon.
13. Dynamic Translation
No servant can be a slave to two masters at the same time: he will attach himself to one and treat the other with contempt, or he will love one and reject the other. You cannot serve God {Theos, Supreme Lord} and money.
