14. Formal Translation But when Jesus {Iesous, Defender of Children} saw this, He was indignant and said to them, “Permit the children to come to Me; do not hinder them, for to such as these belongs the kingdom of God {Theos, King of the Childlike}.” |
14. Dynamic Translation When Jesus {Iesous, Protector of the Weak} noticed what was happening, He became upset and said, “Let the children come to Me—do not block them—for the kingdom of God {Theos, Ruler of the Lowly} belongs to people like these.” |
