If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and I need your mercy. I turn from my sin and from trusting myself. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I confess you as my Lord, and I ask you to meet me even in my weakness and confinement. Lead my life by your grace. Amen.

Come to Jesus in My Need

Father, revive your Church to be alert to what Christ is doing and humble enough to carry hope through others. Where we have become passive, awaken us; where we have become silent, give us words; where we have become self-reliant, teach us to receive help and send help well. Make us faithful witnesses in every pressure, waiting season, and hidden place, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Wake Your Church to Hear and Send

God, comfort all who feel trapped, delayed, or forgotten. Help them hear that Christ is still at work, and give them patient courage to keep believing and asking for help, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Strength for the Confined

Name one place where you feel limited, thank God for one thing you still know about what Christ is doing, and ask him to show you one trusted person who can help carry your concern or hope.

Pray When You Feel Stuck

Pray for prisoners, the isolated, and all who must communicate through others. Ask God to give them honest words, faithful friends, and a clear sense that Christ has not stopped working.

Prayer for Prisoners and Messengers

Give thanks that the works of Christ are not stopped by walls, distance, or hardship. Thank God for the people he uses to carry hope onward when one person cannot go directly.

Thanks for Christ’s Ongoing Work
